The Versace resort 2014 collection brings a variety of colorful, sexy and bold ensembles that are perfectly in tone with the label's mission. After a 'vunk'- inspired fall 2013 line, it seems that Donatella has focused once again adding a unique twist on sexy and feminine ensembles. This time, masculine accents are left aside in favor of sexy short dresses, bold cropped tops, high slit skirts, modern jackets and even cute swimsuits.
With bold cutouts, striking contrasts proportion-wise and plenty of sheer accents, the looks from the Versace resort 2014 collection seriously tests fashionitas' comfort zone, but then again, every Versace fan knows that being comfortable with becoming the center of attention is mandatory before even thinking about investing in any piece from the high-end label. The new line brings plenty of monochrome outfits into the spotlight. Though it's not uncommon to perceive such outfits as a bit dated, the new collection brings an interesting counterargument for the theory in the form of many exciting offerings which could never fall in such a category.
